We are a high level, technical minded, full-service virtual online marketing support company, which means we operate off-site and specialize in creating, running and growing our clients’ online presence. We see ourselves as more than just your means to an end. We are partners in your success.

What sorts of clients do you work with?
We work with other online business owners and entrepreneurs just like you who are really great at what they do. Most of our clients are coaches, speakers, or trainers of some sort, who, like you, know how important it is to have an established online presence and who recognize that they can only take their business so far without the assistance of a good support partner.
Our services and programs were created for people who have established businesses yet know their business will grow even more with a successful online presence. They were created to give you a complete online presence and systems that support your business, allowing you the time you need to practice your gift.
We work best with successful, dedicated and motivated entrepreneurs.
Our services are not for those who are just starting up and have no money coming in. Our expertise is to take your already existing, and hopefully bustling, business to the next level when you are too busy to do it all yourself.
What is The OSP’s work style?
As professionals, any work we do for your business is taken very seriously. We take great pride in everything we do for our clients and the low-key, stress free way we do it. We enjoy our work days, having a flexible schedule and building partnerships with interesting people. Mutual respect and consideration is also extremely important to us and is, we feel, crucial for a working relationship to be a successful one.
How does your billing and invoicing work?
We offer three different billing methods: by-the-hour, retainers and a few packaged services. We invoice all by-the-hour clients on the last day of each month. Retainers packages come in 10, 15 and 20 hour blocks. Each block is good for the number of hours purchased or 30 days whichever comes first. Retainer packages also automatically renew each month on the day of initial purchase (for example: if you purchase on the 12th your retainer will renew each month on the 12th). We do offer a few packaged services such as, but not limited to, website design/build, various email/blog posting packages and of course our exclusive social media domination package.
What is your normal turn-around time on projects?
We ask for 24 hour lead time on all normal day-to-day tasks. Of course large projects will be evaluated individually and a time frame given. We also understand that sometimes things happen. We will do everything we can to address major mishaps and the unforeseen. We think of it rather like an emergency room, we triage projects every day and if the “you know what” hits the fan you get moved to the front of the line.
